I’m Linda, mum to a teenager. I’ve been running since 2016 and was lucky enough to meet two members of CRC who encouraged me to join up, not that I needed much encouragement! Since then I’ve become a Run Leader and more recently became the Welfare Officer. My main reason for becoming the Welfare Officer was to support others as I have been supported when I needed it the most and found this so beneficial. 

 

I believe that members should be able to enjoy their running in a safe environment and have support from a friendly face when needed. My job as a teaching assistant keeps me busy during the day but in the evenings and at the weekends I love nothing more than running with my fellow club mates.
